PROBLEM SOLVER: I didn't get the 'verification' email ?
Normally that means it has gone into your SPAM/JUNK folder. It’s a common problem nowadays so please check there first. If it’s in there see if there’s a way you can mark it as ‘not spam’. Always check that pesky spam folder for notifications from us – you might miss a message from someone trying to contact you for a date. Keep marking them as ‘important’ or ‘not spam’ and eventually they’ll come through as normal.
PROBLEM SOLVER: I can't edit my profile ?
Because we’ve setup a quick and easy way for you to get into the site you will need to ‘CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD’ on the ‘My Account’ page. It’s a security thing, but don’t worry, you can ‘change’ it to the same password you registered with if you want. Once that’s done you can access your profile page no problem.
GETTING STARTED – IMPORTANT STUFF
1. Go to ‘MY ACCOUNT’ 
and update your details there – Date Of Birth, City, etc. You will also need to ‘CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD’ but don’t worry, you can change it to the same password you registered with if you want. ALSO IMPORTANT that you ‘verify’ your account in the email we sent to you. Check your junk/spam box if you can’t see it.
2. Go to ‘EDIT MY PROFILE’ 
and fill in all the details there. The more info you include the better chance you have of being contacted by a potential partner. Remember to ‘SAVE’ as you go along and you can always come back to add more details at any time.
3. Go to ‘MY PROFILE’ 
to see your profile the way others see it. Good Luck finding love.
